ABOUT BAIRD'S
Owners, Baird & Cindy Bulmore, hope you will regard their restaurant in Lake Oswego, as the neighborhood place to be, regardless of where you live. With more than 35 years experience in restaurant management throughout California and Portland, it has been Bulmore’s dream to open his own restaurant in his hometown.
Baird’s is located 10 minutes south of downtown Portland and just two blocks from Lake Oswego's Millennium Plaza, on the corner of Second St. and B Ave. The upstairs space has been beautifully renovated top to bottom and brought to life with modern fixtures and brightly colored pacific northwest décor. The layout offers several seperate and cozy dining areas throughout accomodating both small and large groups or party's. A more intimate private dining room is also available for special occasions, meetings or celebrations. When the weather warms, enjoy dining outside on a charming covered terrace.
Special features of the remodel is the massive bar top and a communal table, custom made from reclaimed Douglas fir and round individual walnut slab bar tables. Sporting events are always available on two flat screens behind the bar.
The menu features a wide variety of contemporary, northwest American fare with an emphasis on local and seasonal products at moderate prices. Smaller plates include: Crab Cakes, Fish & Chips, Cioppino, and Mac & Cheese. Entrée house favorites, to name a few, are the Grilled King Salmon, Top Sirloin, Roasted Half Chicken, and the House Burger or Portobello Sandwich, with choice of Baird's famous Tater Tots or Fresh Cut Potato Fries and Truffle Aioli. Weekend nights includes a Chef's Special menu.
Baird's wine list represents top wineries from Oregon, California and Washington, 6 local beers are always on tap and a full bar with some of Lake Oswego's best housemade cocktails.
